Working with NEDP Clients in a Virtual Environment

This presentation is intended for NEDP staff who are interested in learning more about supporting NEDP clients from a distance. During this session the presenters will share how they perform remote In-Office Checks and Diagnostic Appointments. We will briefly discuss challenges that might happen with technology and support discussion around implementation at your program.
