Student-centered learning starts when programs take the time to learn what motivates their students to enter adult education programming. Furthermore, supporting student's life, career, and educational goals directly impacts classroom retention. Join this session to learn about motivation, goal setting, and beyond and learn strategies for classroom implementation.
