Go BOLD! Using Text Features in the Classroom

Updated: Jan 13

Text features are everywhere. Students need to know how to use them in the real world in context both in print and online. This presentation will give you ideas of how to introduce text features in face-to-face and virtual classrooms as well as ways to improve reading skills. This conversation is focused on the ESL classroom but can have applicability to the ABE world also.

This webinar is a part of the third Maryland Adult Education Virtual Training Institute - Hosted December 2020. The facilitator for this session was Lindsay Conboy from Howard Community College.
