Culturally Nourishing Instruction in Adult Education

Updated: Jan 13

Delivering student-centered content is an important component in motivating adult learners. This presentation provides adult educators with the tools to make their instruction culturally nourishing by going through the steps needed to take inventory of materials, examine biases, and make concrete changes. This webinar is a part of the third Maryland Adult Education Virtual Training Institute - Hosted December 2020. The facilitator for this session was Jesse Schneiderman from Strong City Baltimore.
