Creating a Culturally Sustaining Curriculum for Adult Learners
This presentation takes the participant through the theory behind culturally relevant, culturally responsive, and culturally sustaining andragogy. Participants will learn how to evaluate their curriculum and incorporate the culturally sustaining model into adult education, knowing that adult education frequently has a test-based end goal.
