Applying Adult Learning Theory to Adult Educators' Professional Development

We have begun to reimagine our professional development at AACC to be more flexible, instructor-driven, and informed by adult learning theory. As a community of practice, please join us to explore alternative ways to design PD for adjunct faculty in adult education. This session was a part of the fifth Maryland Adult Education Virtual Training Institute and was hosted by: Owen Silverman Andrews, Sharon Ultsch, and Linda Neuman - Anne Arundel Community College
