Applying Adult Learning Theory to Adult Educators' Professional Development
We have begun to reimagine our professional development at AACC to be more flexible, instructor-driven, and informed by adult learning theory. As a community of practice, please join us to explore alternative ways to design PD for adjunct faculty in adult education. The question we will explore: how might we reimagine professional development to be flexible, asset-based, and self-directed?
