A Personalized Approach to Professional Development

Updated: Jan 13

Educators are great at understanding students’ unique strengths and opportunities for growth. This is equally essential to consider when planning professional development for diverse teams! During this presentation, the team from Frederick Community College will share lessons learned while designing and implementing a PD menu. The menu was designed and developed before COVID-19 but has been transitioned to allow for continued support of professional learning in our current environment. Join the conversation to learn strategies to design and implement professional development opportunities. This presentation would be especially valuable to individuals who support professional development programming or development, but all are welcome!

This webinar is a part of the third Maryland Adult Education Virtual Training Institute - Hosted December 2020. The facilitators for this session were Angel Marshall, Rachel Riggs, Kathy Green, and Pamela Martin from Frederick Community College.
